Our Emerald Hall accommodates up to 650 guests floating. For very large weddings, multiple halls can be booked together to host up to 1,700 guests across the venue.
Are baarat processions and fireworks allowed?
Yes — baarat processions with dhol, shehnai, and fireworks are fully permitted at Cherish Ball Rooms. We actively support traditional wedding celebrations.
Do you have accommodation for out-of-town guests?
Yes. We have 20 on-site guest rooms available at ₹4,000 per night — ideal for family members and out-of-town guests who want to stay close to the venue.
Can you host pre-wedding functions and the wedding reception at the same venue?
Yes — many families book multiple halls across multiple days to host mehendi, haldi, sangeet, ceremony, and reception all at Cherish Ball Rooms. This creates a seamless, stress-free wedding experience.
What cuisines are available for wedding catering?
Our in-house kitchen offers multi-cuisine catering. Menus are fully customized for each wedding — from North Indian classics to continental, Chinese, and live stations. Contact us to discuss your preferences.
Can I bring my own decorator or caterer?
Décor is fully flexible — you are welcome to bring your own decorator or use our in-house arrangements. Catering is handled in-house to maintain food quality standards. Please discuss specific requirements with our team.
How much parking is available for wedding guests?
Our premises accommodates 400+ vehicles with valet parking service included. The Imperial Club of India campus provides ample space even for large baraats and wedding convoys.
